I have 30 years of experience designing, building, and leading web, mobile, and platform work, with deep experience in healthcare and other regulated environments where quality and security matter. My focus is simple: clarify the goal, map what’s real today, define a practical roadmap, and guide implementation so the work stays coherent and predictable.
