Runway Hero’s
Formstack Forms Modules

Runway Hero has pre-built custom modules for Formstack Forms that can be added to your forms to unlock new superpowers. Modules include:

  • Save and Restore to Browser - As users navigate between fields, answers are encrypted and saved to the local browser.

  • Export/Import - Allows users to save Form answers to a local file and import them again at a later time.

  • Connection Allowlist - Protects information from hackers by only allowing pre-approved connections from the browser.

  • ICD-10 Lookup - Used for classifying diagnoses and reasons for visits in U.S. health care settings

  • Excel Upload Validation - Used for parsing Excel files to validate and extract data to be used in Forms submission data

  • Address Correction - Used to correct partial or incorrect addresses

  • Address Autocomplete - Allows for easy address entry and prevents typos

  • Field Highlighting - Subtle enhancement to form fields to make the field with active focus highly visible.

  • Airtable Lookup - Allows for information to be auto-populated on a form based on matching information in an AirTable.

  • Airtable Save and Restore - As users navigate between fields, answers are saved to an AirTable based on a lookup value and can be restored as well to allow users to pickup where they left off. This allows for partial form information to land directly in AirTable in real-time before it is fully submitted.

  • Timer - Track how long users spend filling out your forms

  • Video - Allow users to easily record a video right within their browser and submit with the form. You can limit the length of the video (defaults to 30 seconds). Users can toggle between cameras (i.e. front and back cameras on phones). The video is transcribed alongside the video itself for ease of search.

  • Twilio - Allows you to verify a cell phone number by sending a SMS text message with a code and verifying that code. This works equally well on desktop and mobile.
