AI Workshop
Your team is busy. The same intake notes, follow-up emails, and document requests keep landing on their desks.
For $2,500, we work with your team onsite to put AI to use on those recurring tasks. Bring your examples. Leave with repeatable ways to get the work done.
Still doing this by hand?
Client notes become an email, then a CRM update, then another checklist. Someone has to copy the same information into each one.
A few people are trying AI, but everyone does it differently. The results need too much fixing, and nobody is sure what client information they can use.
That’s where we start. We take work your team already knows, build a consistent way to use AI, and practice it together. The goal is less time on paperwork and more time serving clients.
What your team leaves with
$2,500 fixed price · Three hours onsite
Two or three recurring tasks, worked through with your own emails, documents, and templates. Your team practices during the session.
A company playbook with reusable prompts, examples, and review checklists, plus clear ground rules for client data.
A short list of scheduled jobs and handoffs worth automating across your website, CRM, and business tools.
One follow-up session to review what your team used and fix what didn’t work.
We choose the tasks and collect examples before we meet. Software subscriptions and custom integrations are separate.
What could this look like in your business?
-
Turn client onboarding notes into a clear summary, a missing-document checklist, and a draft request email using your firm’s templates. Spend less time chasing paperwork before the real work can begin.
-
Turn intake notes into a matter summary, a list of missing information, and a draft client follow-up. Work from your firm’s approved templates, with an attorney reviewing the result before it is used.
-
Turn a buyer or seller inquiry into a useful contact summary, questions for the first conversation, and a personal follow-up draft. Keep the next step clear as inquiries move from your website to your CRM and calendar.
-
Prepare meeting agendas, organize client notes, and draft follow-up checklists from approved material. Keep your firm’s review and compliance process in place while reducing the administrative work around each meeting.
-
Turn discovery notes into a scope outline, a client recap, and the next-action list. Reuse your own service descriptions and templates so the team spends less time starting from a blank page.
Give the recurring checks to AI.
AI can check for new work and useful information on a schedule. Start with one clear job, a reliable source, and someone responsible for the result.
We help you choose what is worth running and how to judge its value. Setup depends on your tools and access; custom connections are scoped separately.
-
Each morning, check your CRM and relevant company news for people worth contacting. Get a short list with the reason to reach out, source links, and a suggested opening. Your team decides what to send.
-
Review new inquiries, incomplete submissions, and aging work queues each day. Flag the items that need attention, what is missing, and who should act, so a busy inbox does not turn into a missed customer.
-
Check new reviews and feedback for issues that need a response. See recurring complaints, what customers value, and draft replies for your approval. A weekly view shows whether the same problems keep coming back.
-
Review selected competitors each week for changes to services, published prices, positioning, and announcements. Get the changes, source links, and questions worth considering for your own business. Skip the repeated news.
-
Scan relevant bids, business expansions, funding announcements, or local developments on a regular schedule. Receive a short list matched to your services, with deadlines and source links, so your team can decide where to spend its time.
Before we get started.
-
Before we meet, we choose two or three tasks and collect representative examples. During three hours onsite, your team works through them, checks the results, and practices using the playbook. We meet again after the team has had a chance to use it.
-
We start with the tools your business already uses and what your team is allowed to access. We agree on any needed accounts or subscriptions before the session. Software costs are separate from the workshop fee.
-
We agree on the data rules before the workshop, involving your IT provider where needed. Use approved or sanitized examples. Your team reviews AI output before it becomes a client communication or business record.
-
We identify useful connections and scheduled checks, and agree on the sources, cadence, owner, and review steps. Setup depends on your existing tools and permissions. Custom integrations and ongoing monitoring are scoped and priced separately.
-
Choose a task your team does often. Compare the time and rework before and after the workshop, then review what people actually use. For scheduled jobs, count useful findings and completed follow-ups. That gives us a practical basis for the next investment.
